Tire Management Module

Each tire is recorded with code, brand, model, size, serial number and DOT. Mounting and removal are recorded with position and km; sending to retreading or repair with the return cost; and scrapping as a movement. The tire report lists tires and recent movements. Tread depth and pressure measurements are not kept.

Tasks / Trips

A trip record holds the vehicle, driver, project, start and end time and km, fuel, toll and other costs; a trip is started, completed or cancelled. If the Arvento add-on is connected, vehicle location and route trail are shown on a map. There is no route optimization, load planning or delivery notification.

Warehouse and Stock

The Inventory module offers warehouse / location stock, warehouse areas (shelf, aisle), transfers between locations, stock counts, barcode & QR, serial and lot tracking (with expiry date) and stock value with FIFO / average cost. It is not a warehouse management system (WMS) with picking, packing or space optimization.

Finance and Accounting Module

Accounts, cash, bank, cheque and promissory note tracking; periodic (recurring) invoicing through customer subscriptions; e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill; matching bank statements to accounts; and export to your accountant’s software through the accounting bridge. There is no automatic per-trip invoicing based on contracts; you create the invoice from an order or manually.
