The Parsek Barcode & QR Scanner add-on adds code-based movement entry to the Inventory module. When you scan a code assigned to a material, the material and its current stock open; you choose Receipt, Issue, Transfer or Count, enter the quantity, and the movement is written to the Inventory module’s own stock ledger — there is no separate stock system.
A Camera Instead of a Keyboard in the Warehouse
Searching for a material name in a list and typing it in a warehouse or on site is slow and error-prone. Scanning the code finds the right material, and the movement is still saved with the same stock rules and permissions.
Key Features
Camera Scanning
Scan in the browser with a phone or computer camera (no native app needed); front/rear camera selection and, on supported devices, a flashlight. In continuous mode you can scan one code after another until you close the screen.
USB Handheld Scanner
USB barcode scanners that act like a keyboard need no setup: while the scan screen is open, the scanned code is captured automatically.
Supported Code Types
EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, QR, Data Matrix, Aztec and PDF417.
Receipt, Issue, Transfer, Count
Choose the action for the scanned material: enter a unit price on receipts and a target warehouse on transfers; for a count you enter the counted quantity and the difference is posted as an adjustment movement.
New Material from an Unknown Code
When a code that is not in the system is scanned, you are asked whether it is a new product; a short form creates the material and assigns the code to it.
Manage Codes
Assign codes to materials: an automatic Parsek code (PRSK-…) or the barcode already printed on the product. Search and remove codes and download the QR image; the material card also has a Barcode & QR section.
QR Label Printing
Print QR code labels for selected materials one by one or in bulk from the browser’s print dialog.
Queue When the Connection Drops
If there is no internet at the moment of saving, the movement goes into a pending queue on the device; when the connection is back, “Sync Et” sends the queue in bulk and the same movement is never written twice. Recognising a code requires a connection.

Try It Now →1. Assign codes
In Stok › Barkod & QR › Kodları Yönet assign codes to materials or link the barcode printed on the product by scanning it; print QR labels if needed.
2. Scan
On the Hızlı Tara tab open the camera or scan with a USB handheld scanner; the material and its current stock appear.
3. Save the movement
Choose Receipt, Issue, Transfer or Count, enter the quantity and save; the movement appears under Son Hareketler and in Inventory.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to install a separate app?
No. The scanner runs in Parsek’s web interface; on a phone you only need to allow camera access in the browser.
Which barcode scanners does it work with?
It works with USB handheld scanners that behave like a keyboard (HID); the scanned code is detected automatically while the scan screen is open. Bluetooth scanners are not specifically supported.
How does a count work?
In a count you enter the quantity you counted in the warehouse; the system calculates the difference from the current stock and writes an adjustment movement.
Can I use it without internet?
Partly. A connection is needed to find which material a code belongs to; if the connection drops at the moment you save, the movement is queued on the device and sent manually when the connection is back.
How are permissions applied?
The scan screen is available to users allowed to view stock movements; receipts, issues, transfers and counts are checked with the same Inventory permissions and branch restrictions.
Enter Stock Movements by Code
Scan the code, choose the action, save; stock is updated in the same ledger with the same rules.
