Parsek Minimum Labor Tracking calculates, for each construction project, the minimum labor amount expected to be reported to the Turkish Social Security Institution (SGK) and compares it with the reported labor derived from payroll and attendance in the system. The gap and the estimated premium risk become visible as the project progresses.
Key Features
Two Calculation Methods
For tendered works: approved employer progress payment base × work group ratio; for private buildings: the higher of area × unit construction cost and the permit cost.
Reported Labor
The premium base of company employees with attendance on the project is allocated by days worked on the project; estimates without payroll are flagged.
Subcontractor Declarations
Enter labor amounts reported by subcontractors together with the contract and documents.
Gap and Risk
Expected − reported gap and the resulting estimated premium risk; missing data and warnings are listed on the card.
Monthly Progress
Cumulative expected and reported labor chart and monthly table; CSV export.
Sourced Ratio Tables
Minimum labor ratios and unit construction costs are stored with their source; company-specific rows can be added.
How It Works
1. Configure the project
In the app go to Proje Yönetimi › Asgari İşçilik, pick the project and use Ayarla to choose the method (tendered work or private building), work group and required fields.
2. Let the data flow
As progress payment, attendance and payroll records are added, the calculation updates; add subcontractor declarations.
3. Track the gap
Follow the gap and monthly progress on the project card or under Proje 360 › Maliyet & Performans › Asgari İşçilik.

Try It Now →Which projects is it for?
Tendered construction works and private building projects; you choose the method in the project settings.
How is subcontractor labor counted?
Subcontractor staff are not on your payroll, so labor amounts declared by the subcontractor are entered separately and added to reported labor. Confirm the counting method with your accountant.
Will I be notified of a gap?
When the evaluation turns into a shortfall, a warning is created and shown on P.A.R.S.E.K cards and the project screen.
Fewer Minimum Labor Surprises
Compare the labor you report with the expected amount throughout the project and act in time.
