Parsek Bank and Account Reconciliation screens compare the statement you download from your bank with your books, let you confirm period-end balances with your customers and suppliers, and split open receivables and payables into aging buckets.
Key Features
Statement Import
Excel, CSV or MT940 files; the column-mapping wizard understands Turkish date and amount formats (1.234,56, B/A, minus sign).
Duplicate Protection
If you import the same statement or the same transaction twice, duplicate lines are filtered out.
Matching and Suggestions
Link a line to an existing ledger entry or post it as a customer collection/payment, expense/income or transfer; rules learned from descriptions bring suggestions in later months.
Reconciliation Summary
Open, matched and ignored lines, ledger entries missing from the statement and the balance difference; CSV and PDF report.
Balance Confirmation Letters
Single or bulk letters at period end; the balance equals the account statement, with PDF output and e-mail delivery.
Reply Without Login
The counterparty answers “agreed” or “not agreed” from a link without logging in and can add the difference and a file; replies and differences are tracked in a list.
Receivables/Payables Aging
Not yet due, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets by account type and report date; CSV export.
Respects Period Lock
Statement lines dated in a locked period are not posted; undoing a match creates a reversing entry dated today.
How It Works
1. Import the statement
In the app go to Cari & Hazine › Kasa & Banka › Banka › Ekstre Yükle / Mutabakat, pick the account, upload the file, map the columns and preview.
2. Match the lines
Accept suggestions with one click or choose a customer, expense, transfer or ledger entry in the Eşleştir… dialog; ignore lines you do not need.
3. Confirm balances
Under Cari & Hazine › Mutabakat use Yeni mutabakat to choose the period and accounts, preview and send; follow replies on the same screen.

Try It Now →Which bank files are supported?
Excel (xlsx/xls), CSV and MT940. If your bank uses different column headers, map date, description, debit, credit and balance columns manually in the wizard.
Does the counterparty need a Parsek account to reply?
No. The link in the letter does not require a login; they state whether they agree and, if not, the difference and an explanation.
How is the due date determined in aging?
The due date is the transaction date plus the payment term (days) on the account card; collections and payments close the oldest open items first.
