The Parsek Arvento Fleet Tracking add-on pulls data from your Arvento GPS devices through the Arvento web service and links it to your vehicle cards in Parsek. Location, speed, heading, mileage and engine hours are refreshed at the interval you choose and feed the work logs and maintenance tracking of the Vehicle & Fleet module.
Why Arvento + Parsek?
When GPS data stays in a separate panel, mileage and operating hours are copied into the ERP by hand. Parsek writes the odometer value from Arvento into the daily work log; km and hour due dates in the maintenance calendar and the maintenance alerts on the vehicle’s 360° profile are calculated from it.

Live Fleet Map
On the Canlı Filo Takip screen, vehicles are shown on an OpenStreetMap map with plate, moving / parked status, speed, mileage, driver, address and last update time.
Route Trail
The last 24 hours of the selected vehicle’s route are drawn on the map.
Automatic Work Log
When enabled, GPS mileage (km-based vehicles) or engine hours (hour-based machines) are written to the daily work log automatically.
Feeds Maintenance Tracking
Km / hour due dates in the maintenance calendar and the “last 1,000 km” and “last 50 hours” maintenance alerts on the 360° profile use the Arvento odometer.
Plate Matching
Arvento vehicles are matched to your Parsek vehicle cards by plate (ignoring spaces and dashes); the number of matched vehicles is shown on screen.
Fuel Sensor Data
If the vehicle has a CANbus/OBD fuel sensor and the setting is on, the fuel level appears in the list; when the sensor reports refill litres, an “Arvento (otomatik)” fuel record is created.
Live Location on the Vehicle Card
The Live Location (Arvento) card on the vehicle’s 360° profile shows its last known position.

If you have the P.A.R.S.E.K AI add-on, questions like “Where is vehicle X?” or “Which vehicles are moving?” are answered from the latest location data.

Turn on the Arvento Fleet Tracking add-on on the add-ons page; Canlı Filo Takip then appears in the menu.
2. Enter your Arvento details
Under Ayarlar › Filo Takip (Arvento), enter your Arvento web service username, PIN1 and PIN2 and test the connection; choose the refresh interval (5–60 minutes) and the automatic work log / fuel settings.
3. Follow on the map
Vehicles appear on the Canlı Filo Takip screen; use “Senkronize Et” to refresh right away or “Oto Yenile” to keep the screen up to date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an Arvento subscription?
Yes. The add-on connects your existing Arvento GPS devices and web service access to Parsek; it works with your Arvento username, PIN1 and PIN2.
How does mileage get into the work log?
With Automatic Work Log on, each sync calculates the difference from the day’s first reading: km travelled for km-based vehicles, operating hours for hour-based machines, written to a single automatic work log entry for that day.
Is there an extra fee or API key for the map?
No. The map uses OpenStreetMap; no separate map key is needed.
How are my vehicles matched?
The plate in Arvento is compared with the plate on the Parsek vehicle card (spaces and dashes ignored). A device whose plate does not match still appears on the map but is not linked to a vehicle card.
How often is the data refreshed?
At the interval you set (5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes). The “Senkronize Et” button on the Canlı Filo Takip screen fetches an update immediately.
Can I get speeding or geofence alarms?
No. Speed, geofence and ignition alarms from Arvento are not imported into Parsek; follow them in Arvento’s own panel.
