The Parsek Accounting Bridge maps the records you already keep in the system to the Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts (TDHP) and produces period-based draft journal vouchers. Instead of re-entering the same documents, your accountant imports the vouchers into their own software with an export file.
Stop Entering the Same Document Twice
Documents recorded on site, in finance and in purchasing are often typed again at the accounting office. The Accounting Bridge reduces that second entry: records stay in Parsek, vouchers are generated here, and your accountant reviews them and imports them into their software.
Key Features
Chart of Accounts Setup
Install the Uniform Chart of Accounts for your company in one click and choose your own sub-account coding (e.g. 120.01.001).
Card Mapping
Account cards (customer, supplier, subcontractor, employee), cash, bank, loan, cheque/note and multi-year project cards are mapped to sub-accounts; unmapped cards are listed separately and can be opened in bulk.
Mapping Rules
Default rules decide which document goes to which account; adjust them for your company and check the result with a preview.
Period-Based Voucher Generation
Pick a period, preview, then generate. Sources include sales and purchase invoices, collections and payments, cash and bank, transfers, cheques and notes, progress payments, e-SMM receipts, sales returns, payroll accruals, depreciation and FX revaluation.
Trial Balance, Ledgers, Journal
Trial balance, subsidiary ledger by account or customer and general journal listing from the vouchers; Excel and PDF output.
Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Financial statements as of a date or for a period, compared with the previous period; assets = liabilities check.
Period End
Finalize vouchers, lock the period and run the year-end closing wizard: every step has a preview and its own approval, plus an opening voucher for the next year.
Export to Your Accountant’s Software
First the chart of accounts, then the vouchers: Luca, Mikro, Logo, Zirve or a generic column-mapped format. A validation report is produced before the file is downloaded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my existing records change?
No. Vouchers are kept in separate tables; your invoice, customer, cash and stock records are not touched. If a source document changes, the next generation cancels the old voucher and creates a new one.
Which accounting programs can I export to?
There are ready layouts for Luca, Mikro, Logo and Zirve, and a generic column-mapped layout (Excel or CSV) for other programs. The chart of accounts is exported first, then the vouchers.
Is the e-Ledger (e-Defter) sent from Parsek?
No. Parsek does not create or submit e-Ledgers; e-Defter and its receipts stay in your accountant’s software.
What happens if a record changes after the period is closed?
Once you lock a period, records dated on or before that date cannot be added or changed; corrections are made as reversing entries dated today.
