The Parsek Tire Management add-on tracks every tire with its own card: from purchase into a depot to mounting, removal, retreading or repair and scrapping, every movement is recorded with its date. The purchase is posted to stock and the supplier’s account, and the first mounting to the vehicle’s maintenance cost.
Where Is the Tire, and How Many Km Has It Done?
In heavy vehicle and machinery operations tires are a high-value item, and the same tire is removed, refitted and retreaded several times. Parsek shows which vehicle and position, or which depot, each tire is in, and accumulates the tire’s total km from mounting and removal readings.
Key Features
Tire Card
Brand, model / pattern, size, DOT (production year and week), serial no, purchase date and price, supplier and depot location; a tire code (LST0001…) is assigned automatically.
Status Tracking
In stock, mounted, in repair, in retreading and scrapped; where each tire is shows in one list, filterable by brand, status and vehicle.
Position-Based Mounting
Light vehicle layout (front left-right, rear left-right, spare) and heavy vehicle layout (dual rear, second rear axle); a second tire cannot be fitted to an occupied position, and mounted tires appear on the vehicle’s axle diagram.
Km Accumulation
Km is entered at mounting and removal; the difference is added to the tire’s total km. The removal reading cannot be lower than the mounting reading.
Retreading and Repair
A tire from the depot or one just removed is sent for retreading or repair; the final amount is entered on return, and the retread count and total retread cost are added to the card.
Movement History
Purchase, mounting, removal, dispatch, return and scrapping are listed on the tire’s detail with date, vehicle, position and km.
Stock and Account Link
Tires in the depot appear in stock as the “Lastik” material; the purchase and the retread / repair fees accrue to the supplier’s current account. A supplier can be created quickly from the tire screen.
Cost Summary
Total purchase and retread cost, total km and cost per km, and brand distribution. The purchase price enters the vehicle’s cost once, at first mounting.

Under Bakım › Lastik Yönetimi, enter brand, size, DOT, purchase price, supplier and depot; the tire starts in stock.
2. Mount it on a vehicle
Choose the vehicle and position and enter the mounting km; on first mounting, the purchase price is written to the vehicle’s maintenance records as a tire expense.
3. Remove, dispatch or scrap
On removal, enter the km and choose the destination (depot, repair, retreading, scrap); enter the amount when it comes back from retreading or repair.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a pressure sensor integration?
No. Tire pressure and tread depth are not stored in Parsek.
How is the DOT entered?
The production year and week (e.g. 2024/48) go into the DOT field on the tire card; the serial no is kept in a separate field.
Who bears the cost of a tire on a subcontractor’s vehicle?
The first-mounting expense goes to branch expense for own vehicles and to a subcontractor deduction for subcontractor vehicles. Retread or repair cost likewise becomes a deduction on the subcontractor’s account if the tire was last fitted to a subcontractor’s vehicle, otherwise a branch expense.
Can I delete a used tire?
No. A mounted tire or one with movement history cannot be deleted; it is scrapped instead. A record that has never been used can be deleted.
Is Tire Management a separate add-on?
Yes. Bakım › Lastik Yönetimi appears in the menu when the add-on is active; vehicles come from the Vehicle & Fleet module.
