Parsek Inventory and Warehouse Management module offers advanced inventory control with multi-warehouse, multi-unit, FIFO/Average cost valuation, and stock aging analysis. Site-based material consumption, reservation, and alternative material management are all handled from a single panel.
Why is Inventory Management Complex?
In the construction and manufacturing sectors, inventory is not just about "how much is there?". In which warehouse? Reserved for which site? Is its cost FIFO or average? How long has it been waiting? Are there any alternatives? Few systems can provide instant answers to all these questions. Parsek offers this deep operational visibility as standard.

Key Features
Multi-Warehouse
Unlimited warehouses: site warehouses, main warehouses, temporary warehouses. Separate balance and transfer for each warehouse.
Stock Reservation
Reserve stock for approved purchase requests or work orders; the available quantity automatically decreases.
FIFO + Weighted Average
Select the cost valuation method for each material; FIFO layers are automatically tracked.
Stock Aging
Stock distribution report in 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-180, 181-365, 365+ day segments.
Multi-Unit (UOM)
Conversion tables like 1 box = 24 pieces, different units for purchasing/production/sales.
Alternative Material
When a material runs out, the system offers alternative suggestions with conversion rates.
Movement Tracking (14 Types)
Inbound, outbound, transfer, count difference, production consumption, damage, return, reservation consumption, etc.
Barcode Support
Fast inbound/outbound with barcode reader, camera scanning from mobile app.

Try Free →1. Material Definition
For each material, code, name, unit, category, minimum stock level, valuation method (FIFO or Average), and an alternative material list are defined.
2. Inbound Movements
Purchase, production output, return, inbound transfer. Each inbound movement creates its own cost layer (critical for FIFO).
3. Outbound + Reservation
Production consumption, sales, outbound transfer, damage/scrap. With reservation, set aside future outbound movements in advance; the "available quantity" automatically decreases.
4. Cost Calculation
FIFO: Each outbound movement is deducted from the oldest layer. Average: Total value / total quantity is updated with each inbound movement. The system makes automatic decisions for each outbound movement.
5. Count + Adjustment
After periodic counting, the difference movement is automatically generated; positive/negative differences match accounting records.
Stock Aging — Is Your Capital Locked?
The aging report shows which age bracket your stock falls into (0-30 days, 31-60 days, ..., 365+ days). Stock waiting for 365+ days is capital lock-up; with this report, you can identify dead stock and convert it to cash either by returning or selling it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I prefer FIFO or average?
During periods of high inflation, FIFO provides a more realistic cost. The system allows you to make a separate selection for each material; value differences are reported according to the method.
Can I enter stock movements from the mobile application?
Yes, the site warehouse keeper can perform inbound/outbound movements and transfers by scanning barcodes from their phone; it works offline.
Do I get an alert when stock falls below the minimum level?
Yes, a minimum stock level is defined for each material; when it falls below, an email + in-app notification is sent to the responsible person, and optionally, an automatic request is generated.
Is there an approval mechanism if the difference after counting is too large?
Yes, differences above 5% automatically go to the manager's approval; justification + photo documentation is required.
How do I manage different colors of the same material?
Variant system supported; different color/size/spec combinations under the same root code maintain separate balances.
