The Parsek Housing Sales screen shows the independent units of your housing project by block and floor and color-codes units that are for sale, under option, sold or allocated to the landowner. The sale, payment plan and installment collections move forward on the same record.

Units in colored boxes by status; expired options are outlined in red.

Block, floor, unit number, gross and net m² with a wizard or by pasting from Excel.
Options and Landowner Units
Give time-limited options; units allocated to the landowner cannot be sold or optioned, and the landowner is linked as an account.
Sale and Price
Price with or without VAT, discount; VAT rate guidance (including the tiered calculation for homes over 150 m²) and a server preview.
Payment Plan
Equal installments, balloon payments or a manual plan; the total matches the sale price to the cent and the plan can be changed later.
Collections and Delays
Match customer collections to installments with Tahsilat Al; overdue installments and those due within 30 days are listed separately.
Documents
Draft sales promise and handover record as PDF; notary note, handover and title deed transfer records.
Double-Sale Protection
The same unit cannot be sold to two buyers; on cancellation or termination the unit returns to sale and a refund warning appears.
How It Works
1. Define units
In the app go to Proje Yönetimi › Konut Satış, pick the project and add units with Bölüm ekle or Toplu ekle.
2. Make the sale
Tap a unit on the Blok / Kat table and choose Sat; enter the buyer, price and payment plan.
3. Collections, handover, deed
In the sale detail match payments with Tahsilat Al; finish with Teslim et and Tapu.

Use Arsa sahibine ayır on the unit and pick the landowner as an account; these units are excluded from sales and options.
Can I change the payment plan later?
Yes. Planı değiştir creates a new plan; collections already made are redistributed to the new installments.
What happens if a sale is cancelled?
On cancellation or termination with a reason the unit returns to sale, collection matches are released and a refund warning is shown. A sale with a finalized invoice cannot be cancelled.
