The Parsek BIM / IFC Viewer opens IFC models uploaded to project documents or the drawing register in 3D in the browser, without installing software. The team inspects the model by floor and element type, sees measurements and gets a basic quantity table.
Key Features
3D in the Browser
Rotate, zoom, fit, top and front views; works with mouse and touch.
Floor and Type Filters
Show or hide floors and element types (wall, column, slab, beam…); hide individual elements.
Section Plane
Horizontal or vertical section, change position and direction with a slider.
Element Properties
Click an element to see IFC class, name, GlobalId, floor, material, length / area / volume and all property sets.
Basic Quantities
Length, area and volume totals by type from the model’s quantity sets; visible-only filter and CSV export.
Open a Local File
Open an IFC file from your computer without uploading; the file stays in the browser and is not sent to the server.
How It Works
1. Upload the model
In the app upload the .ifc file to Proje 360 › Belgeler › Dokümanlar or to Belge Kontrolü › Çizim Register (up to 100 MB).
2. Open in 3D
Open the viewer with 3B Görüntüle on the file row or 3B Model in the header.
3. Inspect and take quantities
Narrow the model with floor and type filters and download the table from the Metraj tab as CSV.
