The Participant Portal is a separate login screen for firm representatives in the OIZ. Firms apply for portal access themselves and the account opens after OIZ approval; login asks for an e-mail verification code. In the portal firms report tickets and faults, see dues, invoices and account statements, pay with PayTR, file allocation and tenant applications with documents and fill in the annual declaration.
