On the Parsek Cost Estimation screen you prepare an estimate file for each project: items are grouped by work area, and each line holds item number, description, unit, quantity and unit price. Unit prices can be calculated with your own rates on the Unit Price Analysis screen.
A Wrong Estimate Means a Losing Project
A missing item, a wrong quantity or an outdated unit price leads either to a loss with a low bid or to elimination with a high one. Keeping the estimate linked to the contract, with revisions and supporting analyses, reduces that risk.
