The Parsek Site Quality module records samples sent to the lab and their test results with project, block and floor details. A non-conforming result opens an NCR (non-conformance report) in one click, which is tracked until the fix is verified.
Key Features
Sample Records
Concrete compression, steel tensile, soil compaction and other tests; lab, sample number, expected class and value, subcontractor who did the work.
7 and 28 Days at Once
Open both ages of a concrete sample in one record; the result due date is sample date + age, overdue ones are highlighted.
Decision and Lock
Once a result is entered and marked conforming or non-conforming, the sample’s core fields are locked.
One-Click NCR
A non-conforming result opens an NCR with title, location, subcontractor and detection date filled in; manual NCRs are also possible.
NCR Workflow
Open → in correction (action + deadline) → in verification → closed (verifier + date). The person who submitted the fix cannot close their own NCR.
Subcontractor Counters
Total, open, overdue and critical NCRs per subcontractor, average closing time and non-conforming samples.
Notifications
In-app and web push notifications when an NCR is opened, sent for verification or passes its deadline.
Attachments and Export
Test report and site photo attachments; lists export to CSV, card view on phones.
How It Works
1. Record the sample
In the app go to Proje Yönetimi › Kalite › Numune & Test and enter project, location, test type and expected value.
2. Enter the result
When the lab result arrives, enter the value and decide; if non-conforming, start the NCR with the NCR button.
3. Close the NCR
On the NCR tab enter corrective action and deadline and send the fix for verification; an authorized person verifies and closes it.

Try It Now →Can a closed NCR be reopened?
No. If the problem continues, a new NCR is opened so the history stays unchanged.
Is it linked to corrective actions in the HSE module?
No. The NCR carries its own corrective action, deadline and verification and works without the HSE product.
Can a sample be cancelled?
Yes, with a reason. A sample with an active NCR cannot be cancelled; records are never deleted.
