Parsek Project Schedule imports the schedule your planners prepared in Primavera P6 or MS Project into the project. The critical path (CPM) is calculated from activities, WBS and relationships; the schedule is followed on a Gantt chart and can be handed back to P6 when needed.

How It Works
1. Open the project
In the app pick the project under Proje Yönetimi › Projeler and go to Proje 360 › İmalat › İş Programı.
2. Import the file
Use P6 / MS Project İçe Aktar, choose the file, review the preview warnings and complete the import.
3. Track and hand back
Follow the critical path on the Gantt and CPM table; when needed, export with Dışa Aktar: XER or P6 XML.
