The Parsek e-Despatch (e-İrsaliye) screen creates a draft filled with recipient, address and line details from a sales order shipment or a transfer between locations, checks the mandatory fields required by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) and produces UBL-TR XML.
Key Features
Draft From the Source
Diğer › e-İrsaliye Oluştur on the sales order detail, the e-İrsaliye button on a transfer line, or a new manual draft.
Mandatory Field Check
Actual despatch time, delivery address (province, district, postal code), carrier company or driver name and ID; missing items are listed.
ID Checks
Turkish ID and tax number check digits are validated; future-dated shipments are blocked.
UBL-TR XML and Preview
HTML preview and XML file of the document; numbering uses a series prefix + year + sequence.
Incoming Despatch
Upload a supplier’s despatch as XML and link it to purchasing goods receipt; duplicate ETTN is blocked.

How It Works
1. Configure
In the app go to Finans & Vergi › e-Fatura › Ayarlar and fill the e-İrsaliye card: registration status, series prefix and start date.
2. Create the draft
Open a draft from a sales order, a transfer or the Finans & Vergi › e-Fatura › e-İrsaliye tab; complete delivery address, plate and driver details.
3. Validate and get the XML
When the missing list is empty, check the document with Önizle and download the XML.

Try It Now →Can I send e-Despatch to GİB from Parsek today?
Not yet. Submission will be enabled when the integrator connection is completed; drafts, validation, preview and XML are available now.
Can I issue a second despatch for a partial shipment?
Yes. When you open a second draft from the same source the system asks you; if you confirm, an additional draft is created.
Is an incoming despatch posted to stock?
An incoming despatch is linked to the goods receipt record; the stock entry is made in the purchasing receipt flow.
